The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance is free to anyone who has DEPRESSION and/or BIPOLAR DISORDER
We also freely support family members and friends of someone who has these diagnoses.
This is a confidential support group run by peers which helps participants affected by their diagnoses. Meetings are run as a confidential discussion group and educational programs are scheduled throughout the year. DBSA support groups are places where people with DEPRESSION and/or BIPOLAR can share experiences, discuss coping skills, and offer hope to one another In a relaxed and confidential atmosphere. The meetings focus on mutual aid and strategies for living the fullest life possible. Members speak from their own experiences about what works for them in living a
healthy lifestyle while living with or caring for someone who has these disorders.

DBSA support groups are not therapy, treatment or group therapy. They are not affiliate with any religion or 12 -step program.
